When selecting the sprayangle, it must be combined with the nozzle arrangement in the tower to ensure uniformcoverage and coverage within the tower, usually requiring a spray angle of 90° to 120°.

The nozzle pressure drop of the nozzle refers to the pressure loss generated when theslurry passes through the nozzle passage, which is mainly related to factors such as nozzlestructure parameters and slurry viscosity. The greater the pressure drop, the greater thesystems energy consumption. Typical nozzle system pressure drop is typically between 0.05and 0.15 MPa.
